I have just now started using the mixer. So far, it seems to do or exceed my expectations. I would like to mention that the shipping method and instructions that came with the mixer could be improved. She was extremely helpful, polite, professional and a pleasure to speak with. She listened to my issues, took my phone number, followed up and resolved all of my issues.
