We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Whether you’re ordering small parts or pallet-sized equipment, we work with trusted shipping partners to get your items to you safely and on time.

Types of Freight

Small Package Freight: Packages under 150 lbs that can be shipped with carriers like UPS Ground.
LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload): Multiple boxes or heavy/oversized items shipped together on a pallet.
Truckload Freight: Full truck shipments requiring multiple pallets or crates — ideal for bulk or large commercial orders.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers We Use

We partner with a wide range of reliable shipping providers, including:

UPS Ground – Small package delivery
Worldwide Express – Our LTL freight partner (includes access to top regional and national carriers)

LTL Freight

Orders that are too large, heavy, or fragile for small package shipping will be shipped via LTL freight. We consolidate shipments whenever possible to maximize your freight value, while still prioritizing product safety and proper handling.

Extraordinary delivery needs (such as rural, island, mountainous, or remote areas) may incur additional fees or longer delivery times. Residential lift gate service, if required, will be shown at checkout.

Freight rates are based on the shipment's weight, size, freight class, and delivery address.

We use a range of LTL carriers through our partner, Worldwide Express, to ensure fast, cost-effective service. Transit times vary by region, but most deliveries arrive within 1–7 business days from pickup.

Order Processing

Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday)
Handling time: 1–2 business days
Transit time: 2–5 business days for most small packages

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

Some items include free shipping — this will be noted on the product page
Lift gate fees for LTL deliveries to residential addresses will be shown at checkout when applicable

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order in real time using our hosted tracking page.
