Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a product, we’re here to make the process clear and fair.
Return Eligibility
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
We do not sell “final sale” items — all eligible purchases qualify for return. In most cases, there are no restocking fees. However, for certain suppliers, a restocking fee may apply if you choose to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect. Cosmetic imperfections and box damage do not qualify as valid reasons for a fee waiver.
Non-Returnable & Partial Refunds
- Products returned in a condition different from how you received them
- Items with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 90-day window
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist you with this process — from confirming item availability to helping coordinate your return and replacement order.
Return Shipping
If your item arrives significantly damaged or non-functional due to shipping or manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
We aim to make things right — return shipping is free only for products that are damaged in a way that affects use, are defective, or were shipped in error.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, surface scratches, paint blemishes, or box damage that occur during shipping do not qualify as functional damage and are not eligible for free return shipping, restocking fee waivers, or full replacements.
For all other return reasons, our team is happy to help arrange the return process, but customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and potential restocking fees. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
