I have just now started using the mixer. So far, it seems to do or exceed my expectations. I would like to mention that the shipping method and instructions that came with the mixer could be improved. Had Madi from Concrete Tools Direct not answered the phone for their customer service, I might not have it operational now. She was extremely helpful, polite, professional and a pleasure to speak with. She listened to my issues, took my phone number, followed up and resolved all of my issues.
