The Husqvarna ELITE-WIRE™ C1000 is a professional-grade diamond wire engineered for cutting medium to hard reinforced concrete in demanding construction and demolition applications. Designed for high-performance wire sawing, it delivers fast cutting speeds, long service life, and reliable performance in both dry cutting and iron sawing conditions. Compared to traditional sintered wires, the ELITE-WIRE™ C1000 provides improved cutting efficiency and durability for professional contractors.

This diamond wire features a 0.4-inch bead diameter with 44 vacuum-brazed beads per meter and is optimized for use with Husqvarna wire saw systems including the CS 2512 and CS 10. The assembly incorporates springs and rubber components to enhance flexibility, stability, and durability during operation. The ELITE-WIRE™ C1000 is sold in 50 ft increments and requires a minimum purchase quantity of 50 ft. It requires a minimum machine power of 15 kW for proper operation and performance.
