Sealant for Multiple Pipe Penetrations

Pango Sealant is a self-leveling epoxy that flows easily into tight spaces around slab penetrations. It functions as a physical termite barrier and serves as an alternative to Pango Bond or detail patches. Designed for integration with Pango Claw and Pango Sealant Form, it ensures a fully sealed and protected installation. This sealant is intended to be used as a physical barrier to subterranean termites in conjunction with Pango® Wrap, Pango Claw®, and Pango® Sealant Form. It can also be used as an alternative to detail patches for penetrations in Pango Wrap.

The Pango Sealant is available in a 4-gallon kit size, which includes two 1-gallon cans of Part A (Resin) and two 1-gallon cans of Part B (Hardener). The Pango Termite/Vapor Barrier line also offers additional accessories (sold separately) that are specifically engineered for easy and efficient installation, helping to maintain the integrity of the vapor barrier system.

Features of the Pango Sealant include a 4-gallon kit size with two 1-gallon cans of Part A and two 1-gallon cans of Part B, a self-leveling, 100% solids, semi-rigid epoxy sealant, and coverage of 96 ft² at 60-mils per kit. It has a VOC content of 0 g/l and is made in the USA. The sealant serves as an alternative to boots for pipe penetrations in Pango Wrap, quickly seals around penetrations, and has a self-leveling formulation for sealing pipe clusters. It has undergone independent termite barrier efficacy testing and acts as a physical termite barrier. The application is easy from pails by pouring, brush, roller, or bulk caulking gun.
