What the extensions change
The hopper extension adds dry-material capacity, which can reduce reload frequency. The chute extension adds short reach and placement control. Neither changes the Evolution into a different mixer model.
Use the accessory guide to decide whether those items solve a problem in your setup. A finishing kit is useful if you need its actual tools. If those tools are already on your truck, do not count their full advertised value as money you saved.
